Intuitive is seeking an Event Manager to own the end-to-end planning and execution of US commercial marketing events, including tradeshows, conferences, customer programs, internal meetings, and company events.

You will coordinate cross-functional partners, associations, agencies, and suppliers; manage budgets, schedules, logistics, communications and event technology; identify risks early; and use established standards and post-event results to improve execution.

Competenze

• 3+ years in tradeshow, conference, or event management.
• Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines independently.
• Experience managing event logistics, vendors, budgets, and project plans; vendor negotiation exposure preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, event management, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
