Job summary

Anduril Industries is hiring a Senior Technical Program Manager for the Space business line. You will lead day-to-day execution of program initiatives, manage budgets and schedules with Business Operations, and coordinate with customers and Growth teams to meet technical objectives and contractual requirements.

You will work on a funded Space program to build a resilient, software-defined, distributed mesh networking layer and C2 capabilities for Space Domain Awareness data.

Qualifications

• Requires strong leadership of complex software development programs.
• Proven experience with end-user engagement in iterative development.
• Active U.S. Top Secret security clearance preferred/required.

Responsibilities

• Owns the program from start to finish with customer and engineering teams.
• Engages with customers to understand mission challenges and shape product development.
• Coordinates across internal teams to ensure milestones, budgets and schedules are met.
• Plans sprint execution and milestones with clients and engineers to ensure success.
• Drives commercial growth through customer success and long-term partnerships.
