Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Air Dominance & Strike initiatives within Autonomous Airpower. You will guide development across DoD programs, balancing cost, schedule, and technical risk in partnership with the Chief Engineer.

You will build trusted relationships with government customers, translate complex requirements into actionable plans, and drive execution across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver field-ready solutions on time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing the development of complex technical systems throughout the product lifecycle.
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects and driving on-time, on-budget completion.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with ability to move between tactical and high-level views.
• Experience coordinating multiple internal and external teams within a complex engineering or technology-focused organization.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and deployment of Anduril’s Air Dominance & Strike technologies to meet DoD needs.
• Develop strong relationships with DoD customers, ensuring tight feedback loops to shape solutions.
• Autonomously execute on broad or ambiguous requirements to own successful delivery on multiple programs.
• Monitor and manage cost, schedule, and resource allocation to deliver on-time and on-budget.
• Develop and implement lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for planning, scope, risk, and customer communication.
• Be high ownership on all pieces of work and advise Anduril’s engineers.
• Foster a creative, high-performance culture and identify recruitment opportunities to strengthen the team.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies for proposals and the strategic roadmap for R&D investments.
