Exceptional communication to translate complex details for diverse audiences.
Highly organized to manage concurrent priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

End-to-End Release Ownership: drive the software release process from planning to deployment.
Architect & Elevate Release Quality: define quality gates, test strategies, and release metrics.
Bridge Teams and Drive Execution: connect engineering, test, and program management for seamless delivery.
Strategic Prioritization & Decisive Execution: establish prioritization frameworks and plan release blockers.
Continuous Process Improvement: architect a scalable release management process and solicit feedback.
Transparency & Data-Driven Management: use JIRA/Confluence to track progress and metrics.
