Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead ML/DS/AI programs across engineering teams for a major automotive entertainment client. You will own schedules, manage risks, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver high quality features on time.

You’ll balance scope, timelines, and quality while promoting agile practices, clear priorities, and technical excellence. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI or Analytics or Engineering.
• Strong technical proficiency with ML/DS/AI teams.
• Experience managing large cross-functional programs in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with TPM best practices (scheduling, risk management, status reporting).
• Experience maintaining program data, preferably in Jira.
• Deep understanding of Agile and SDLC.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to facilitate teams effectively.
• Composure, business acumen, and ability to communicate at multiple levels.
• Experience with automation/AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini.
• Preferred certifications: PMP or Scrum Master.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML/DS/AI features and capabilities to support the company’s broader vision and objectives.
• Oversee end-to-end activities to ensure coordination and on-time delivery; build integrated schedules and manage blockers, risks, and issues; report program status.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition, backlog prioritization, and dependency resolution.
• Help Engineering balance scope, timeline, and quality to achieve priorities.
• Advocate for clear priorities, technical excellence, process adherence, and customer-focused outcomes.
• Influence without authority and drive consensus across diverse stakeholders.
