Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead cross‑functional teams across ML, DS/AI, data engineering, and analytics for a major automotive entertainment client. You will own programs spanning multiple teams, improve delivery processes, and mentor teams to predictably deliver high‑quality products and features.

The role emphasizes clear communication, removing blockers, agile leadership, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Qualifications

5+ years as Technical Project Manager or Scrum Master managing cross‑functional programs.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, BI/Analytics or Engineering.
Strong technical experience with ML/DS/AI teams.
Experience leading large, ambiguous programs in fast‑paced environments.
Proficient in TPM best practices: scheduling, risk management, status reporting.
Regularly maintains and reports program data, preferably in Jira.
Solid grasp of Agile and SDLC, ability to model process adherence.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to facilitate collaborative, efficient teams.
PMP or Scrum Master certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate across multiple engineering teams delivering ML/DS/AI features.
Oversee end‑to‑end activities with integrated schedules and interdependencies.
Lead Agile ceremonies and assist with story definition and backlog prioritization.
Balance scope, timeline, and quality to meet priorities.

Influence stakeholders and drive consensus across teams.
