Job summary

Runpod, the AI Developer Cloud, seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional programs within our Supply organization. You will coordinate Engineering, Product, Data Center Management, and partner teams to balance capacity, cost, and reliability, while driving risk management and clear stakeholder updates.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in technical program management, strong SDLC understanding, and a track record working with external infrastructure vendors to deliver high-impact

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical program management leading complex tech programs.
• Proven track record with 3+ cross-functional teams.
• Experience with external infrastructure or hardware vendors globally.
• Strong background in engineering and scalable SaaS/IaaS.
• Analytical skills to turn data into planning recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Center Management and Host/Supply teams to plan capacity and inform product roadmap.
• Own relationships with host and infrastructure partners and manage escalation paths.
• Translate capacity data into concrete tradeoffs for supply and cost.
• Build and drive project plans across Engineering, Product, and Supply stakeholders.
• Spot risks early and keep stakeholders aligned with regular status updates.
• Provide technical input on tools and vendor products for RunPod scale.
• Conduct post-program reviews to capture lessons and improvements.
