Job summary

Lightning AI is seeking a Technical Program Manager to join our Infrastructure Delivery team, driving programs across compute, network, storage, hardware, platform engineering, and data center operations.

You'll partner with Senior TPMs on datacenter deployments, owning defined workstreams while growing to lead end-to-end infra programs; strong infra background and TPM fundamentals required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, infra program management, or similar.
• Experience driving programs within infrastructure, cloud, platform, SRE, systems, networking, hardware, or datacenter environments.
• Strong program management fundamentals: planning, milestones, critical path, dependencies, RAID, and stakeholders.
• Ability to understand technical architecture and dependencies without being the implementer.
• Proven ability to drive execution across multiple teams without direct authority.
• Comfortable working where requirements and priorities evolve; strong communication skills.
• High learning agility and interest in developing AI infra expertise.

Responsibilities

• Own defined infrastructure workstreams, milestones, risks, decisions, and deliverables within larger programs.
• Drive day-to-day execution across engineering, operations, vendors, and external partners.
• Build and maintain project plans, critical paths, dependencies, RAID, and status dashboards.
• Coordinate across Infrastructure Engineering, Network, DC Operations, Platform, Security, Hardware, and others.
• Link engineering execution in Jira to broader infra milestones and delivery commitments.
• Identify blockers and drive resolution with cross-functional teams.
• Support hardware deployments, network/storage initiatives, datacenter expansions, and capacity growth.
• Develop technical depth across workstreams to challenge delivery assumptions.
• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, decisions, and mitigations.
• Help improve Infra Delivery processes, tooling, and frameworks; grow to end-to-end leadership.
