Job summary

Google seeks a Technical Program Manager III to lead capacity planning initiatives within our Technical Infrastructure organization. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, plan requirements, manage schedules, and communicate risks to executives and engineers.

You’ll work with engineering leaders to deliver scalable, high-impact software and infrastructure projects. The role emphasizes capacity/demand planning experience, collaboration, and driving outcomes in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in program management.
• Experience in capacity planning, demand planning, or supply chain.
• Experience working with engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead several engineering program management efforts for a fast-paced, innovative engineering team.
• Identify stakeholders and work with them to strategize, plan, and prioritize objectives and success criteria.
• Manage project schedules, identify issues and clearly communicate them to stakeholders and leadership.
• Take responsibility for release schedules and milestones in a high-velocity environment.
