Job summary

Arrivia, Inc. is seeking a Remote Senior Technical Program Manager to bridge product vision and technical execution across multi-team initiatives. You will leverage AI copilots and automation to accelerate delivery, forecast accuracy, and stakeholder alignment.

You will own programs end-to-end, partner with engineering leadership, and scale solutions with AI-enhanced planning and reporting. A strong background in SDLC, CI/CD, and agile frameworks is required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading technical programs in cross-functional environments.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and agile methodologies.
• Experience with AI-enabled tooling and analytics in program delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own multi-team programs from inception through delivery.
• Use AI to optimize planning, risk modeling, and forecasting.
• Decompose requirements into technical stories with AI-assisted criteria.
• Communicate program status with business units and IT teams.
• Automate reporting and dashboards with AI-generated summaries.
