Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional projects across engineering, product, and operations. You will drive program scope, timelines and risk management while coordinating with multiple teams to ensure scalable, secure infrastructure solutions for Fulfillment Centers and Transportation sites.

You will recruit top talent, manage evolving demands and align business needs with technical delivery, measuring success with adoption, performance and revenue

Qualifications

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience.
• 3+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver complex cross-functional projects from inception to conclusion.
• Drive large scale programs spanning teams across Amazon; formulate product vision and user stories.
• Communicate vision, plans and status to management and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with software development to deliver high-quality solutions; guide architecture, design and priorities.
• Engage with teams across Amazon to evangelize projects and leverage existing technologies.
