Job summary

Runpod, the AI Developer Cloud, seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, and supply. You will drive capacity planning, manage partner relationships, and translate data into actionable plans to balance cost and reliability for customers.

In a remote-first environment, you’ll coordinate with Data Center Management, Vendors, and Engineering to maintain throughput and on-time delivery while navigating lead times and hardware constraints.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure-focused organizations with capacity planning or data center operations.
• 4+ years in technical program management leading complex technology programs.
• Proven track record with 3+ cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact programs.
• Experience with external infrastructure or hardware vendors globally.
• Strong background in scalable SaaS/IaaS products.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Data Center Management to run capacity reviews feeding the roadmap.
• Own relationships with host and infrastructure partners and manage escalation.
• Translate capacity data into trade-offs for cost and reliability.
• Build cross-functional project plans across Engineering, Product, and Supply.
• Act as primary point of contact across teams; flag risks early.
• Provide technical judgment on infrastructure tools and vendor products.
• Lead post-program reviews to capture lessons and improvements.
