Qualifications

• 7+ years of People project, program, or operations management experience with multi-stakeholder programs.
• Built processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure from scratch.
• Excellent written communication for updates, memos, and playbooks.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior partners.
• AI expertise: using AI tools for synthesis, drafting, and analysis.
• Analytical fluency with data-driven program narratives.
• Users-first mindset focused on Stripe employee and operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management of high-profile Total Rewards projects.
• Advise with cross-functional teams and raise quality across the portfolio.
• Develop expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A.
• Create repeatable program management infrastructure: SOPs and playbooks.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate work and improve processes.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, and others.
• Address complex program questions from problem definition to recommendation.
• Surface patterns and provide structured recommendations to People leadership.
