Qualifications

• 7+ years of People project, program, or operations management experience
• Experience building processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure from scratch
• Excellent written communication for updates and memos
• Strong stakeholder management with senior partners
• AI tools for synthesis, drafting, and analysis
• Analytical fluency with data-based narratives
• Users-first mindset for employee and operator experiences

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for high-profile Total Rewards projects
• Advise and embed with project teams across Total Rewards and People portfolio
• Build subject matter expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A
• Build, automate, and improve program management infrastructure
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate workflows and documentation
• Drive cross-functional alignment across People and partner functions
• Tackle complex, ambiguous program questions with rigor and independence
• Surface patterns and translate observations into recommendations
