Job summary

Stripe's Total Rewards Strategy & Enablement team is seeking a Project Manager to own high-priority Total Rewards projects end to end. You will collaborate with Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A pillars to land programs effectively and shape approaches where playbooks are incomplete.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in People project, program, or operations management with cross-functional scope.
• Built processes, playbooks, or infrastructure from scratch.
• Excellent written communication for executive updates and memos and practitioner playbooks.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior cross-functional partners with urgency and tact.
• AI expertise: design workflows that leverage AI for synthesis, drafting, analysis, and communications.
• Analytical fluency: work with data to build credible program narratives.
• User-focused mindset: optimize the Stripe employee and operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PM for high-profile Total Rewards projects from intake to go-live and handoff.
• Advise and embed with project teams, raising quality and building PM capability across the team.
• Develop subject matter expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Mobility, and M&A.
• Build, automate, and improve the infrastructure for repeatable program management (templates, SOPs, playbooks).
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate synthesis, drafting, stakeholder communications, and documentation.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Legal, Finance, and Corporate Technology to share priorities and dependencies.
• Tackle complex program questions with rigor from problem definition to final recommendation.
• Surface patterns across the portfolio and translate observations into structured analyses for leadership.
