Job summary

Stripe seeks a Project Manager for Total Rewards to own high-priority programs across benefits, compensation, equity, and M&A. You will partner with Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and Legal to land programs end-to-end with rigor and strategic judgment.

You will build scalable processes, SOPs, and playbooks, leveraging AI to accelerate tasks and reduce risk while aligning with Stripe’s People strategy and global operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People project, program, or operations management experience.
• Built processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure from scratch.
• Excellent written communication for updates and memos, decisions, and playbooks.
• Strong stakeholder management across senior cross-functional partners.
• AI expertise and proactive workflow design for scale.
• Analytical fluency with data-driven narrative across programs.
• Users-first mindset focusing on Stripe employee and operator experience.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for high-profile Total Rewards projects from intake to go-live.
• Advise and embed with project teams, raising quality and building PM capability.
• Build expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A.
• Automate and improve infrastructure for repeatable, scalable program management.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate synthesis, drafting, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Technology.
• Tackle complex questions with rigor, define approach, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.
• Surface patterns across portfolios and translate observations into actionable recommendations.
