Job summary

Stripe is hiring a Project Manager to own high-priority Total Rewards projects end to end, collaborating with Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A pillars to land initiatives effectively. You will build scalable PM infrastructure, embed with cross-functional teams, and leverage AI tools to accelerate outcomes while maintaining focus on employee and operator experiences.

This hybrid role supports both in-office and remote work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People project, program, or operations management experience, including at least 3 years driving multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs end to end, ideally at a scaling or global company
• A track record of building from scratch: created processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure where none existed before
• Excellent written communication: executive updates, decision memos, and playbooks with fluency
• Strong stakeholder management across senior cross-functional partners: drive results with urgency and thoughtfulness
• AI expertise: default to AI tools for synthesis, drafting, analysis, and communications
• Analytical fluency: work with data to build credible narratives and recommendations
• Users-first mindset: obsess over Stripe employee and operator experiences

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for high-profile Total Rewards projects
• Advise and embed with project teams across Total Rewards and People portfolio
• Build subject matter expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A
• Build, automate, and improve infrastructure for repeatable program management
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate synthesis, drafting, and documentation
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Legal, Finance, Corporate Technology, and others
• Tackle complex program questions from definition to final recommendation
• Surface patterns and translate observations into structured recommendations
