Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Project Manager for Total Rewards to own high-priority, end-to-end programs spanning compensation, benefits, equity, mobility, and M&A. You’ll build depth with pillar leads, shape playbooks, and ensure scalable program infrastructure across cross-functional teams.

You will drive risk mitigation, stakeholder alignment, and change management while applying AI-enabled workflows to accelerate delivery and decision-making in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People project, program, or operations management experience.
• Experience building processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure from scratch.
• Excellent written communication for executive updates and decision memos.
• Strong stakeholder management with cross-functional partners.
• AI expertise: using AI tools for synthesis, drafting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project management for high-profile Total Rewards initiatives.
• Advise across Total Rewards and People portfolios, raising quality and PM capability.
• Build expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Mobility, and M&A.
• Develop scalable program infrastructure: SOPs, playbooks, handoff checklists.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate delivery and stakeholder communications.
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, and other partners.
• Tackle complex questions with rigor and independence from problem to recommendation.
• Identify patterns across the portfolio and translate insights for leadership.
