Stripe is hiring a Project Manager to own high-priority Total Rewards projects end to end. You will work closely with Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A pillars to land programs that scale globally.

You’ll build playbooks and scalable processes for project delivery, leverage AI to accelerate synthesis and documentation, and partner with Legal, Finance, and other stakeholders to reduce risk and drive outcomes.

Formación

• 7+ years of People project, program, or operations management experience.
• You have built processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure from scratch.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management with senior partners.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end PM for Total Rewards projects from intake to go-live.
• Advise and embed with project teams across Total Rewards and People portfolios.
• Build expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A.
• Build automation and scalable infrastructure for program management.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate synthesis, drafting, and communications.
