Stripe is seeking a Project Manager for Total Rewards to own high-priority programs end to end. You will collaborate with Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A pillars, shaping approaches and delivering durable solutions that scale with the business.

You will build repeatable processes, partner with senior teams, and apply AI-driven insights to improve output quality, risk management, and stakeholder communications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People project, program, or operations management experience
• 3+ years driving multi-stakeholder, cross-functional programs end to end
• Excellent written communication across updates, memos, and playbooks
• Strong stakeholder management across senior cross-functional partners
• AI expertise: leverage AI for synthesis, drafting, analysis, and communications
• Analytical fluency to build credible narratives from data across a program portfolio
• Users-first mindset focused on Stripe employee and operator experience

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end project management for high-profile Total Rewards projects from intake through go-live and handoff
• Advise and embed with project teams across Total Rewards and People portfolio to raise quality and build PM capability
• Build subject matter expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A
• Develop infrastructure to make program management repeatable and scalable (frameworks, templates, SOPs, playbooks)
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate synthesis, drafting, stakeholder communications, and documentation
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, and other partners to surface priorities and blockers
• Tackle complex, ambiguous program questions with rigor and independence, from problem definition to recommendation
• Surface patterns across the portfolio and translate into actionable recommendations for People leadership
