Stripe is seeking a Project Manager for Total Rewards to own high-priority programs end to end. You will collaborate with the Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A pillars, bringing structure and rigor to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

You will build repeatable processes, playbooks, and dashboards while leveraging AI tools to accelerate work and reduce risk. This role emphasizes stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and a user-first approach to the Stripe

Formación

• 7+ years in People project, program, or operations management with cross-functional programs
• Built processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure from scratch
• Excellent written communication across executive updates and memos

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end PM for high-profile Total Rewards projects from intake to go-live
• Embed with Total Rewards and People portfolios to raise quality and build PM capabilities
• Develop expertise across Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A
• Create scalable program management infrastructure (templates, SOPs, playbooks)
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate synthesis, drafting, and documentation
• Drive cross-functional alignment with Legal, Finance, and others
• Tackle complex program questions with rigor from problem definition to recommendation
• Surface patterns across programs to inform leadership decisions
