Stripe is hiring a Project Manager to own high-priority Total Rewards projects end to end. You will partner with Benefits, Compensation, Equity, Talent Mobility, and M&A pillars to land programs well and shape the approach where needed.

You will build scalable infrastructure, playbooks, and intake processes, surface risks early, and drive alignment across Legal, Finance, and other partners while using AI tools to accelerate work.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of People project, program, or operations management experience.
• Experience building processes, playbooks, or program infrastructure.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end project management for Total Rewards initiatives.
• Advise and embed with cross-functional teams to raise quality and build PM capability.
• Develop and maintain scalable program infrastructure and SOPs.
