The County Materials Family of Companies is seeking a Benefits & Compensation Manager in Wisconsin to lead the development, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefits, compensation, and leave programs. You will partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, cost-effective, and compliant plans aligned with talent strategies.

Responsibilities include benefits administration, leave tracking, compensation planning, and data analysis to drive workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Educational background in HR, business, finance or accounting.
• 5+ years in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
• Experience analyzing compensation/benefit programs and translating data into actions.
• Experience with HRIS, benefits administration, and compensation data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and administer compensation and benefits programs.
• Lead annual benefits renewal and open enrollment processes.
• Oversee leave management programs (FMLA, disability, leaves).
• Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA and related laws.
• Provide reporting and analytics to support budgeting and planning.
