Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or finance.
• 4+ years of compensation & benefits analysis experience.
• Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, job evaluation, offer management, and benefits administration.
• Familiarity with labor and benefits laws (FLSA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA).
• Advanced Excel data modeling, pivots, and complex analyses.
• Workday compensation & benefits modules preferred.
• Excellent analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

• Analyze job offers for policy alignment and market competitiveness.
• Conduct job evaluations and maintain up-to-date job descriptions.
• Lead annual compensation review and benefits enrollment in Workday.
• Administer health, retirement, disability, life, wellness, and voluntary benefits.
• Collaborate with insurers, brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop advanced Excel models to analyze compensation and benefits data.
• Utilize Workday to administer programs and generate reports.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to support goals and engagement.
• Support equity plans, sales incentives, and deferred compensation initiatives.
