Tapestry, a team within Alphabet known for tackling global energy challenges, seeks an HR Business Partner with deep expertise in Compensation and Total Rewards. This role blends strategic HR partnership with compensation design, workforce planning, and people analytics in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

Collaborate with People, Finance, and executive leadership to design compensation strategies, run cycles, benchmark, and advance pay equity.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP work with business leaders.
Deep expertise in Compensation, Total Rewards, or Compensation consulting.
Experience leading compensation planning, benchmarking, job leveling, and pay equity initiatives.
Strong partnership with Finance on workforce planning and budgeting.

Responsibilities

Design and evolve compensation architecture and total rewards strategies.
Lead annual compensation cycles, benchmarking, and salary review processes.
Create competitive offers and incentive programs, especially for AI/ML talent.
Build reporting, dashboards, and tools to inform compensation decisions and outcomes.
Collaborate with Finance on headcount planning and budget alignment.
