The role partners with Human Capital leadership, Finance, Legal, and business leaders to translate strategy into reliable, repeatable execution, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness while driving continuous process improvements across total rewards operations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience across total rewards — compensation, benefits, and payroll.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS, CPP) preferred.
• Strong experience in compensation administration, market pricing, incentive plan execution, and job architecture.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day administration of compensation programs, base pay, incentives, and equity administration.
• Oversee annual and off-cycle compensation reviews end to end; planning, configuration, modeling, communications, delivery.
• Manage benefits programs and open enrollment end to end.
• Own the payroll function across all pay cycles, jurisdictions, and employee types.
