Job summary

Eltropy Inc. is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of high‑impact financial institutions.

You will partner with executives to deliver outcomes via our AI-powered platform while driving retention, expansion, and overall satisfaction. Role requires 5+ years in customer-facing roles, willingness to travel up to 25%, and the ability to align product strategy with customers’ goals.

Qualifications

• Deep (5+ years) customer-facing experience in B2B SaaS/FinTech.
• Proven track record managing Tier-1 or enterprise accounts.
• Strong ability to analyze data to mitigate churn and drive value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for ~20 Tier-1 accounts and build executive relationships.
• Conduct executive business reviews to demonstrate ROI and value.
• Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate with Sales for upsell.
• Program-manage onboarding for Tier-1 customers across teams.
• Advocate customer needs to Product, Engineering, Support, and Marketing.
• Track health metrics and maintain CRM records; report status to leadership.
