Job summary

Eltropy Inc. is seeking a strategic Tier-1 Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of roughly 20 high-impact financial institution customers. You will partner with executives to drive retention, adoption, and measurable ROI from our AI-powered platform.

Travel up to 25% for executive business reviews and strategic discussions. You will lead multi-year success plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, and advocate for customers to influence product roadmap and company growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of deep customer-facing experience in SaaS and/or FinTech.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for executive reviews and upsell discussions.
• Strong executive presence and communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor for ~20 Tier-1 accounts with executive relationships.
• Lead regular business reviews to show ROI and value from Eltropy.
• Develop multi-year success plans and mitigate churn risks.
• Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales for upsell.
• Coordinate Tier-1 onboarding projects across teams and locations.
• Synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmap and priorities.
