Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for ~20 Tier-1 accounts, building executive relationships.
• Develop multi-year success plans to achieve business goals and adoption.
• Identify expansion opportunities and support upsell with Sales.
• Lead onboarding projects across multiple teams and locations.
• Collect feedback to influence product and roadmaps.
• Track health, retention, and growth metrics in CRM; report to leadership.
