Job summary

PharmaEssentia USA is seeking a Thought Leader Liaison to identify and cultivate key KOL partnerships in Hematology/Oncology. You will research potential leaders, initiate contact, and tailor engagement strategies to align with brand objectives while coordinating with Sales to strengthen HCP relationships.

You will gather commercial insights from leaders, monitor market trends, and lead advisory boards and speaker programs with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns.

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent required preferably in Marketing, Science or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years pharmaceutical sales or marketing experience, Hematology/Oncology experience required.
• Strong scientific and business acumen with excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• KOL identification and recruitment across Academic and Community settings.
• Build and manage authentic relationships with KOLs; coordinate with Sales.
• Lead commercial insight gathering and monitor market trends; report findings.
• Collaborate with marketing on advisory boards, messaging, and speaker programs.
• Track KPIs for P2P campaigns and adjust strategies for impact.
