Job summary

Triton College is seeking a Coordinator of the Testing Center to support the Director in daily operations of the Assessment Services department. The role will oversee testing for new and continuing students as well as community members, ensuring smooth, compliant processes and accurate reporting.

Qualifications include an associate’s degree and office experience in higher education, with staff management and strong Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Assists the Director in the management of the daily operations of the testing center.
• Facilitate the administration of placement testing for on-campus and off-campus students.
• Oversee the proctoring services for students, as well as community members who seek remote testing services.
• Facilitate testing services for national, regional, state and local organizations.
• Administer college placement tests for new and continuing students.
• Support the maintenance and security of testing materials, procedures, and facilities.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided to students and community members and develops reports on activities as needed.
• Distribute information regarding the assessment of prior learning.
• Collaborates with appropriate college departments to provide services to students.
• Serve on college-wide committees.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor.
