Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule, administer and proctor high-stakes testing with integrity.
• Ensure security of test materials and verify identity of applicants.
• Maintain certifications for testing platforms and back up teammates.
• Communicate with faculty, staff, and students to ensure delivery of testing services.
• Use student info databases and prepare Testing Services reports.
• Prepare testing materials, inventory supplies, and organize facilities.
• Coordinate testing appointments and duties for proctors; manage workflow.
• Enforce test security policies before, during, after testing.
• Coordinate services for accommodations as requested.
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, greet clients, provide information, and manage data.
• Provide exemplary customer service to all stakeholders.
