Job summary

Wireless CCTV is seeking a Territory Sales Executive to drive revenue and build new business within a defined territory. You will manage customer relationships and present security surveillance solutions, including mobile systems and analytics, to construction customers.

You will identify challenges, design tailored surveillance options, and ensure satisfaction throughout the sales cycle while coordinating with internal teams to deliver this value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Security Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling security, surveillance, technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or related solutions preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing a geographic sales territory.
• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, industry events, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and implementation handoff.
• Maintain an active pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
