Job summary

WCCTV, a leading provider of mobile surveillance solutions, seeks a Territory Sales Executive to grow revenue in an assigned geographic territory by selling CCTV systems, mobile surveillance, and remote monitoring services to construction customers.

You will manage the full sales cycle, build relationships with decision-makers, deliver tailored proposals, and forecast opportunities while traveling within the territory; a 3+ year B2B sales track record and CRM proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience.
• Experience selling security, surveillance, technology, or related solutions is preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data-driven sales strategies.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and solution demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and implementation handoff.
• Maintain an active pipeline and accurately forecast sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and decision-makers.
