Job summary

Hunter Industries is seeking a Sales Manager to lead growth across Central and South Texas. You will manage major client relationships, develop sales strategies, and coordinate with the sales team and management to drive revenue and market share in the region.

The role requires extensive field activity, relationship building, and training programs for distributors, contractors, and developers. A strong background in sales with CRM proficiency and the ability to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, landscape architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 10 years of equivalent industry sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales via distributors, contractors, and developers by calling on key clients.
• Maintain Hunter CRM (Salesforce) and deliver training and promotions.
• Travel with sales team to support objectives and expand market presence.
• Develop and implement customer training programs and measure ROI.
• Provide market data for forecasts, pricing and reporting.
