Job summary

Flexco, a leading global manufacturer of conveyor systems, seeks a self‑starter Territory Sales Manager to cover Northern Georgia, Upstate SC, Western NC and East Tennessee. You will manage distributor relationships, call on end users, and drive growth across multiple industries with a flexible schedule.

The role offers a base around six figures with performance incentives and opportunities to exceed. Successful candidates are autonomous, have 3–5 years of outside industrial selling experience,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside industrial selling experience with a proven track record is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is a huge plus.
• Must be autonomous and able to work independently ~90% of the time.
• Field visits, field training, and hands‑on support for products at customer sites across diverse industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows Office Suite and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Represent Flexco with a professional, knowledgeable and positive attitude.
• Call on industries that use belt conveyors (mining, aggregate, cement, wood products).
• Conduct a significant number of in‑person end‑user calls to maintain contact, provide support and demonstrations.
• Meet sales and service goals, develop customer relationships, design on‑target value‑added solutions.
• Manage network of distributors in the territory and train them on Flexco products.
