KLINGSPOR ABRASIVES, INC. seeks a Factory Sales Representative to aggressively pursue new and existing end users within a protected territory, largely from a remote/home-based setup serving Winston Salem, NC and surrounding markets.

The role offers base pay plus commissions, monthly bonuses, and opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates are self-starters with strong communication, sales process knowledge, and a hunger to grow income through performance rewards.

Qualifications

• Team player with a positive and winning attitude.
• Self-Starter and proactive in pursuing opportunities.
• Basic computer skills for CRM and reporting.
• Strong communications to develop prospective customers and current clients.
• Ability to manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn products used in body shops.
• Industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Grow and maintain a protected territory by adding new accounts and nurturing existing ones.
• Perform frequent customer visits to drive growth and demonstrate products.
• Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
• Leverage the company sampling program and sales incentives to increase income.
