Job summary

Coloplast Comfort Medical seeks a Territory Manager in Indianapolis to drive sales objectives by building partnerships with key decision makers, expanding service offerings, and growing market share. You will manage relationships with rehab centers and urology practices, leveraging CRM tools and data to optimize strategies.

The role requires 3+ years in med tech sales (or 5+ with an associate), plus travel readiness and credentialing. A strong MS Office and PowerBI proficiency is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of med tech sales, or 2-year associate with 5+ years.
• 7+ years of med tech sales experience.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight - 25% to 50%.
• Valid driver’s license and credentialing for healthcare facilities.
• DME or service-specific experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales objectives through targeted account management.
• Develop and execute a clear plan to reach territory sales goals.
• Identify growth opportunities with community programs and continence-based users.
• Demand generation for rehab centers and urology practices in the territory.
• Organize and manage information using CRM, PowerBI, and Brightree.
• Maintain cross-functional relationships within Coloplast field sales.
