Job summary

Coloplast, a leading medical device company, seeks a Continence Care Territory Manager for Peoria, IL. You will achieve territory sales objectives by engaging key decision makers, presenting product value, and growing market share through service, in-services and strategic account plans.

This role requires 3+ years med tech sales (or equivalent), travel 25–50%, and strong relationship-building, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred with 3+ years of med tech sales experience, OR
• 2-year associate degree with 5+ years of med tech sales experience, OR
• 7+ years of med tech sales experience
• Willingness to travel 25%–50% and hold a valid driver's license
• Credentialing requirements for healthcare facilities and systems

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales objectives and drive market share growth.
• Engage key decision makers, conduct product in-services and develop plans.
• Analyze sales data to identify leverageable opportunities in the territory.
• Maintain relationships with current accounts and grow product use.
• Utilize CRM tools to manage information and reporting.
