Enverus is seeking a Territory Manager to join our Texas sales team, driving software solutions across energy sector customers. You will build executive relationships, articulate ROI, and close strategic deals in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.

The role emphasizes pipeline development, cross-functional leadership, and alignment with organizational objectives, with a focus on high-value enterprise SaaS offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree desired, not required.
• Recent experience selling enterprise SaaS products.
• Account management and upsell experience.
• Energy sector experience or owner-relations software a plus.
• Proven networking, negotiation and closing skills.
• Executive presence with clients at all levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management and follow-up abilities.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed.
• Strategic selling training experience preferred (e.g., Miller Heiman).
• Salesforce experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establish and advance relationships through targeted campaigns and executive briefings.
• Deliver a relevant Point of View during engagements with stakeholders.
• Align Enverus solutions to organizations' board directives.
• Achieve revenue objectives while maintaining customer satisfaction and integrity.
• Manage multiple product offerings in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead interactions through the full sales lifecycle and develop business cases.
• Maintain accurate data in CRM and reporting systems.
