Job summary

Samuels & Associates seeks a highly organized Project Manager to oversee tenant improvement, capital improvements, and select development initiatives across our portfolio. Acting as the Owner's representative, you will manage projects from preconstruction through closeout while coordinating closely with leasing, development, property management, legal, and construction partners.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, budgeting, scheduling, and tenant coordination experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 4-7 years in commercial construction or owner's PM roles.
• Experience with retail, office, mixed-use, or tenant improvement projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, contracts, permitting, and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant improvement and capital projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and milestones.
• Coordinate with tenants, architects, engineers, contractors, and property management.
• Review plans for compliance with landlord requirements and lease provisions.
• Lead meetings, document actions, and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Manage closeout activities including punch lists and warranties.
