CSM Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead owner representation and construction management of projects in our real estate portfolio. You will oversee tenant improvements, capital improvements, and maintenance projects from design through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires 3+ years in real estate construction coordination, a bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field, and strong communication with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in real estate management specializing in construction coordination services.
• Experience with new construction and renovation projects in lodging, multi-family, or commercial.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Professional and diplomatic communication with trades, professionals, consultants and government officials.
• Willingness to travel on an as-needed basis; proficient in spreadsheet and scheduling apps.
• Knowledge of federal/state/municipal guidelines and brand standards, codes and health/safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage owner representation and construction management for real estate projects.
• Oversee tenant improvements, capital improvements, and maintenance projects from design to closeout.
• Coordinate bid processes, review bids, and ensure projects stay within budget.
• Monitor costs, ensure compliance with contracts, and apply cost-saving opportunities.
• Establish and maintain project schedules; lead on-site coordination with general contractors.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, brand standards, and safety requirements.
• Develop strong professional relationships with stakeholders and manage risk.
