Qualifications

• 10-key experience is required.
• Knowledge of Carrier portal.
• Experience in MAS.
• Knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor relations with telecommunication service providers.
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, site visits, or teleconference.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to manage multiple priorities within tight timeframes.
• Prepare routine reports and correspondence.
• Assist in calculating discounts, percentages, and common fractions.
