Job summary

ADT is seeking a Strategic Sourcing professional to manage and optimize hundreds of millions in annual spend across indirect marketing categories. You will build collaborative partnerships with internal stakeholders and vendors, translate business needs into sourcing strategies, and drive value while mitigating risk.

As a member of the Strategic Sourcing team, you will lead RFPs, negotiate contracts, evaluate supplier performance, and align vendor strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, procurement, technology, operation management, or a technical field.
• Minimum five years in Strategic Sourcing and/or Vendor Management.
• MBA preferred or equivalent advanced degree.
• Advanced certifications (CPM, CPSM, PMP) preferred.
• Experience sourcing marketing-related categories including agencies and services.
• Strong negotiation and contract terms knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Support indirect categories including marketing, agencies, media, and events.
• Lead marketing sourcing initiatives across paid media, agencies, PR, and martech.
• Develop category strategies balancing cost, speed, brand impact, and supplier innovation.
• Evaluate supplier commercial models, fees, licenses, and usage rights.
• Structure RFPs, statements of work, and performance metrics with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Lead sourcing engagements to define requirements and negotiate contracts.
• Drive strategic sourcing projects to deliver value and process improvements.
• Manage RFP/RFI events and related tools and processes.
• Analyze supplier performance via KPIs and scorecards; coordinate corrective actions.
• Align vendor strategies with business objectives and cost optimization opportunities.
