Job summary

ADT is seeking a procurement professional to collaborate with multiple departments to secure telecommunication circuits for company and customer premises. You will work with Project Managers to ensure timely delivery within project scope.

You will maintain vendor relations, communicate across channels, generate routine reports, and adapt to changing conditions while handling multiple priorities and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and four years of accounting or telecommunications experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 10-key experience is required.
• Knowledge of Carrier portal.
• Experience in MAS.
• Knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Procure telecommunication circuits for company use and primarily customer premises use.
• Maintain superior vendor relations with telecommunication service providers.
• Communicate effectively via email, telephone, site visits and teleconference.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.
• Handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Adapt to changes and manage competing demands.
