The position requires exceptional consulting, communication, and change-management skills, with deep experience in legal tech and eDiscovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 15 years in a large law firm, legal services, or in-house setting.
• Strong legal technology knowledge including Relativity and AI solutions.
• PMP, Relativity Expert, or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the operational business owner for Practice Group technology investments.
• Drive adoption and maximize value of technology solutions including RelOne and related tools.
• Lead enterprise initiatives from planning through implementation with ROI analyses.
• Develop KPIs, governance, SOPs, and operating models for consistent operations.
• Engage attorneys, clients, and stakeholders to deliver technology consulting and education.
