Job summary

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP is seeking a Senior Manager, Technology Enablement to own the Practice Group's technology portfolio and translate investments into business value. The role partners with attorneys, clients, and leaders to optimize adoption, efficiency, and service delivery across a hybrid in-office/remote model.

The ideal candidate has deep experience in legal technology, eDiscovery, and professional services, with strong consulting, communication, and change-management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years in large law firms or legal services environments.
• Strong knowledge of legal technology platforms such as Relativity and AI-based solutions.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and executive-level stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Consulting: own technology investments and partner with attorneys and leaders to improve utilization and business outcomes.
• Technology Enablement: drive adoption of RelOne tools and streamline the technology environment.
• Strategic Initiative Leadership: lead initiatives from planning through implementation with ROI analyses.
• Operational Excellence: map processes, define KPIs, and optimize service delivery.
• Client & Attorney Engagement: educate and demonstrate technology to attorneys and clients.
