Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years in the semiconductor industry, preferably supporting advanced packaging technologies.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor roadmaps and packaging trends (Heterogeneous Integration, Hybrid Bonding, HBM, Die-to-Wafer).

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of advanced packaging trends and customer roadmaps.
• Build relationships with strategic customers to understand challenges and workflow requirements.
• Translate insights into actionable recommendations for product management, marketing, engineering, and leadership.
• Identify technology gaps, opportunities, and priorities for future development.
• Collaborate across product management, sales, marketing, engineering and leadership to align strategy with market needs.
• Communicate complex concepts to engineers and executives.
• Support strategic account planning with technical market intelligence.
• Contribute to portfolio planning and invention disclosures.
