Job summary
Intel's Advanced Packaging organization seeks a Senior Technical Leader to drive process innovation across thin-film deposition (CVD, ALD, PVD) for high-volume manufacturing. You will ensure successful technology transitions from development to production while meeting customer and business needs, including EMIB, Foveros, and Silicon Photonics roadmap alignment.
You will lead cross-functional teams with Technology Development, Manufacturing, Product Engineering, and suppliers to deliver
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in a related engineering field with extensive semiconductor experience.
- Experience leading thin-film deposition process development and manufacturing.
- Strong collaboration skills across TD, HVM, and equipment suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Champion safety, quality, yield, throughput, and cost optimization across thin-film deposition processes.
- Lead defect reduction and process capability improvements to enhance film uniformity.
- Own end-to-end resolution of manufacturing challenges across engineering disciplines.
- Align technical strategies with customer requirements and roadmaps.
- Mentor and develop technical talent while promoting continuous improvement.
