Job summary

Qnity is seeking a Product Manager – Advanced Packaging Polymer to lead growth and strategic direction of our advanced polymer portfolio for next‑generation semiconductor packaging. This role owns pricing, roadmaps, launches, and cross‑functional execution with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams.

You will engage customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive commercialization and ensure product success in a fast‑moving market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level technical degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience in semiconductor packaging, advanced packaging, electronics, or specialty materials.
• Experience in product management, product line management, strategic marketing, business development, or commercial roles.
• Experience managing product portfolios, pricing, forecasting, and business performance.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own product portfolio performance including revenue, profitability, market share, and growth.
• Develop pricing strategies, forecasts, annual operating plans, and product roadmaps.
• Manage product lifecycle activities including launches, portfolio optimization, and rationalization.
• Drive commercialization efforts and support customer qualifications for new products.
• Partner with procurement, manufacturing, quality, finance, and R&D to support supply continuity and objectives.
• Develop business cases and identify new growth opportunities in semiconductor packaging.
